I made this for a friend of mine that I met while at a training for Provo Craft in Chicago. We went to this awesome store called Urban Restoration. They sell items that have been salvaged from old buildings being torn down. There was a chandelier that was her favorite...however no way to carry it back to Dallas on the Jet...so it got left behind...
As soon as I saw this paper I knew it had to go to her. The chandelier was cut from the Cricut Cartridge "Summer in Paris" and pop dotted. Embellished with a lot of blingy crystals to make it all girly girl. The inside is 2 separate rub ons.
